This book recalls and recounts the triumphs achieved by the Alfa Romeo 155 and 156 in touring car racing from 1992 to 2007.
A golden age that began with the 155 GTA and continued with the fantastic 1993 season of the DTM, the German Touring Car Championship, which the car won at the first attempt. Then came the triumphs in the British Touring Car Championship ’94 and on many other occasions. With the 155’s career over, from 1998 it was the turn of the heir 156 to continue the streak of successes, extended until 2007 and seasoned with numerous titles and race victories in the Superturismo, European and World Touring Car Championship.
The adventure is relived, documented and recounted by Sergio Remondino, historic signature of Autosprint, and Sergio Limone, designer of most of the cars described in the volume. This rich book, with dust jacket and hard cover, is finally embellished by testimonies from many of the protagonists and made unique by the unpublished images and drawings that accompany it.
